Midnight Blue is an interior design studio based in Palma de Mallorca, working across residential and commercial projects of different scales. From initial concept to final execution, the studio focuses on creating spaces that are clear, balanced, and thoughtfully resolved through proportion, light, and materiality.

Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Intern located in Palma. The Interior Design Intern will assist in space planning, conceptual design, and project coordination. Responsibilities include collaborating with the design team, sourcing furniture and decor, preparing presentations, and supporting the organization and execution of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections. The intern will gain hands-on experience in creating functional and well-balanced spaces while working on real projects.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in or recent graduate of an Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in English & Spanish
• Basic understanding of interior design and space planning
• Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Interest in furniture, materials, and design details
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Located in Palma
• Driver license, and preferably owns a car
• Able to start immediately
