- Conceptual design development & design detailing
- Preparation of drawings, BOQs & technical documentation
- Coordination with consultants, vendors & site teams
- Client meetings & presentation of design concepts
- Site visits & execution monitoring
- Space planning, design conceptualization & mood boards
- Selection of materials, finishes, furniture & lighting
- Preparation of working drawings & 3D coordination
- Client interaction & presentation skills
- Vendor coordination & site execution follow-ups
- Strong design sensibility & creativity
- Practical knowledge of execution & detailing
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Software proficiency (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.)
- Passion to work with leading design firms
