🎯 Role Overview

SpazioLiv is looking for a creative and execution-focused Interior Designer who can handle projects from client consultation to design handover, ensuring both aesthetic quality and practical execution feasibility.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design & Concept Development

Understand client requirements, lifestyle & budget

Create space planning, layouts & design concepts

Develop mood boards, materials & finish selections

🖥️ Technical & Visual Work

Prepare 2D drawings (AutoCAD)

Coordinate with 3D Visualisers for renders

Prepare BOQs & detailed specifications

Ensure designs are execution-ready and practical

🤝 Client Interaction

Conduct client meetings & presentations

Handle design revisions and approvals

Deliver a smooth and professional client experience

🏗️ Execution Coordination

Work closely with Operations & Procurement teams

Conduct site visits when required

Ensure design accuracy during execution

Support final handover and snag resolution

🎯 Requirements

2–6 years experience in residential interior design

Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes & furniture

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3Ds Max, V-Ray / Lumion

Good communication & presentation skills

Practical understanding of site execution
