Job Brief

We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of corporate interior and workplace design projects. The role involves design conceptualization, coordination with stakeholders and managing the design process from concept to execution. The objective is to create practical, efficient and visually compelling spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.
• Work on multiple projects with the design team and manage development of design successfully from one phase to the next without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule.
• Participate in project meetings and client presentations as required.
• Adhere to quality control processes and review design documentation and project schedules.
• Attend client work sessions and design reviews as required.
• Travel for project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits when necessary.
• Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
• Define project requirements and schedule during the design brief stage.
• Interpret and translate client requirements into design concepts and layouts.
• Coordinate with consultants, project teams and vendors during execution.
• Research materials, finishes, furniture and product sourcing.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards and sample presentations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, workplace design standards and best practices.

What We Expect

You are an Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills and 5–8 Years of experience.

• Relevant experience working on Corporate Interiors, Workplace Design or Turnkey Projects.
• Strong design sensibility with the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
• Expertise in layout planning, colour, lighting, materials and custom furniture detailing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or equivalent software.
• Strong project coordination and documentation capability.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• International certification or specialized design training is an added advantage.
