Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Chandigarh, India. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and creating interior spaces that meet client objectives and aesthetic preferences. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, developing construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with construction and execution teams to deliver high-quality designs. The role requires attention to detail, and effective project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
• Experience in detail interior drawings to translate design concepts into detailed and executable plans
• Ability to source, select, and specify FF&E to complement design concepts and fulfill functional requirements
• Strong project management and communication skills to collaborate with clients and project teams effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials is a plus
