Job Description
Provenir Healthcare has full-time Primary Care Physician opportunities in Missouri with a growing, national Medicare Advantage group.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: Starting at $260,000 +Bonus Plan
- 100% outpatient
- Monday - Friday Schedule 8am - 5pm
- Patient age: 65+ -Average 12-14 patients daily - Value Based Care Model
- Limited call rotation with telephonic care consult only

Qualifications:
- Must have an active State Medical License
- Must be board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current DEA with no restrictions
Responsibilities:
Provide primary care to a panel of adult patients with Medicare Advantage with an average daily patient census of 12-14. Full support staff .
