Internal Recruiter

About the role We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to support a leading industrial group specialized in machine tools and advanced manufacturing solutions in the United States.

This role plays a key part in building technical and operational teams by managing end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, service, engineering, and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for machine tools–related positions:
  production, assembly, CNC technicians, field service technicians, electrical/automation engineers, application engineers, sales, and support roles
  
  
• Partner closely with hiring managers and plant leadership to define needs, timelines, and technical requirements
  
  
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, trade schools, and industry networks
  
  
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
  
  
• Coordinate onsite interviews and support decision-making
  
  
• Prepare offers and support onboarding coordination
  
  
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track recruitment pipelines
  
  
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives within the industrial sector
  
  
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  
  

Profile & qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in internal or agency recruitment within industrial manufacturing, machine tools, or capital equipment
  
  
• Proven experience recruiting technical profiles (CNC, mechanical, electrical, automation, service)
  
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and field service environments
  
  
• Ability to work effectively with shop-floor teams, engineers, and leadership
  
  
• Hands-on, organized, and results-oriented approach
  
  
• Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
