About the role We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to support a leading industrial group specialized in machine tools and advanced manufacturing solutions in the United States.
This role plays a key part in building technical and operational teams by managing end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, service, engineering, and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for machine tools–related positions:
production, assembly, CNC technicians, field service technicians, electrical/automation engineers, application engineers, sales, and support roles - Partner closely with hiring managers and plant leadership to define needs, timelines, and technical requirements
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, trade schools, and industry networks
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate onsite interviews and support decision-making
- Prepare offers and support onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track recruitment pipelines
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives within the industrial sector
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- 3+ years of experience in internal or agency recruitment within industrial manufacturing, machine tools, or capital equipment
- Proven experience recruiting technical profiles (CNC, mechanical, electrical, automation, service)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and field service environments
- Ability to work effectively with shop-floor teams, engineers, and leadership
- Hands-on, organized, and results-oriented approach
- Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
