This role involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services.
- Manage a portfolio of key clients and act as their main point of contact for all IT services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
