Salary$45,000 - $50,000
SummaryThe Recruiter will provide recruiting support to the FL Operations Division. The Recruiter should be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, networking, and employee referrals. Our ideal Recruiter has work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates in the janitorial industry. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities- Identify, attract, and recruit experienced hourly positions in entry level Custodial, Shift Supervisors, Floor Technicians, Cleaners, and other salaried management positions.
- Execute full cycle of recruitment.
- Consult with Operational Division to satisfy open positions demands.
- Recruitment of talent based on best practices and knowledge.
- Attend job fairs, hiring events and all other events as directed.
- Interview and select candidates for on?the?spot hiring.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of the recruitment processes.
- Travel to different recruiting events in different areas.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Sourcing of candidates.
- Must be able to keep confidentiality and practice discretion in all areas.
- Must always use professional phone etiquette.
- Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and able to multi?task.
- Solid computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Google drives.
- Must have knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Must be able to work in a fast?paced environment and adjust to last?minute requests.
- Must be able to comply with deadlines to satisfy the staffing requests in the accounts.
- Must stay updated concerning recruiting and market trends.
- Must be able to market the open positions within the network.
- Must be creative and productive in the creation of new recruiting avenues.
- Must be able to adjust to company changes in schedules.
- Must pass Pre?employment Background and drug testing screening.
- Must be bilingual - Spanish.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Must have knowledge of recruiting and sourcing best practices.
- Janitorial and/or property management experience.
- Must be willing to travel.
- 1-3 Years specific recruiting experience preferred.
