Required Qualifications

• 5 -11 years of professional experience in Java backend development
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java 8 features (lambdas, streams, functional interfaces)
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework and related technologies
• Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience in building and deploying microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and query optimization
• Experience with message brokers, particularly Apache Kafka
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption
• Implement microservices architecture following best practices and design patterns
• Develop and maintain data processing pipelines using Kafka for real-time event streaming
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with appropriate documentation
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
