About the Role

We are seeking a skilled mid-level Java Software Engineer who can independently handle development tasks, build scalable backend systems, and contribute to product enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java technologies, solid problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work on modules with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot

· Build and consume RESTful APIs

· Work on microservices-based architecture

· Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

· Troubleshoot and debug production issues

· Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies

· Assist in performance optimization and system improvements

· Contribute to designing scalable and high-performance systems

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory:

· Strong knowledge of Core Java

· Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

· Hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot

· Experience developing REST APIs

· Good understanding of OOPS concepts

· Database experience (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)

· Git and build tools (Maven/Gradle)

· Basic understanding of Microservices architecture

Preferred:

· Experience designing scalable systems using Redis

· Fintech domain exposure

· Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

· CI/CD knowledge

· Experience with Docker

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / Engineering or related field
