Job Description
- Details of the Jira landscape to be administered (Product Tier - Enterprise/Premium etc., SaaS or DC or both, number of instances, # of users in each instance, # of plugins and names) - Jira Software Data Center, 3 Instances, ~1,230 Licensed Jira Users, approximately 16 major marketplace apps in Use (excluding system plugins)
- Essential (must have) skills needed- Jira project setup and configuration, Workflow design and management, Screen schemes and field configuration, Permission schemes and user/group management, Jira Automation rule configuration, Agile board creation and management, Strong knowledge of JQL and Jira reporting, Experience with ScriptRunner, Experience with Elements Connect, Experience managing Jira Marketplace apps, Dashboard and reporting configuration, Ability to troubleshoot Jira configuration issues
- Desirable (good to have) skills needed – Advance groovy scripting, Easy BI
- Key deliverables expected on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis : Daily
