We're partnering with a client to identify a motivated Junior Accountant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is well suited for an entry-level accounting professional who wants hands-on experience and a clear path to a direct hire role. The position requires on-site daily in Benicia, CA.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour

Duties:
- Prepare and process customer invoices
- Review client contracts and work orders in collaboration with project teams
- Enter and maintain new client records in the accounting system
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliations
- Match purchase orders with receiving documentation to ensure accuracy
- Up to one year of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
- Working knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- Hourly pay range: $26-$28, based on experience
