We're partnering with a client to identify a motivated Junior Accountant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is well suited for an entry-level accounting professional who wants hands-on experience and a clear path to a direct hire role. The position requires on-site daily in Benicia, CA.

Duties:
  • Prepare and process customer invoices
  • Review client contracts and work orders in collaboration with project teams
  • Enter and maintain new client records in the accounting system
  • Perform accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Match purchase orders with receiving documentation to ensure accuracy
What We're Looking For
  • Up to one year of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
  • Working knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
