Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Khed Shivapur, Pune

Role Overview:

The role involves handling routine accounting functions, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP entries, invoice processing, and voucher entries
• Handle petty cash and banking transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Support GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and other statutory compliance requirements
• Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and coordinate with vendors and customers
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting activities
• Support export documentation and audit-related requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and reconciliation processes
• Good communication and organizational skills

Candidates should be comfortable working in Khed Shivapur, Pune.
