Junior Business Analyst (Consulting) - 1-year renewable contract

ResponsibilitiesBusiness AnalysisWork with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirementsAnalyze current processes and support future-state improvementsMaintain clear documentation and ensure traceability across the project lifecycleSupport impact analysis for change requestsSolution & Delivery SupportCollaborate with tech teams to ensure requirements are well understoodParticipate in requirement walkthroughs and design discussionsTrack dependencies, assumptions, and potential risksTesting SupportAssist in SIT and UAT activities (test prep, defect tracking, validation)Review test scenarios and ensure alignment with requirementsSupport issue resolution and follow-upsPMO / Project CoordinationMaintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reportsSupport governance activities (meetings, documentation, tracking actions)Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverablesPrepare updates for stakeholders and management

Requirements2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / PMO / Project SupportUnderstanding of SDLC or Agile methodologiesExposure to banking, finance, data, or tech projects is a plusStrong documentation and attention to detailProficiency in Excel & PowerPointFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint is advantageousGood communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
