🎯 Position: Junior Finance Executive - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a Senior Finance Professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Madipakkam, Chennai. If you have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in accounts payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, forecasting & budgeting, and customer billing, and a structured approach to problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

✅ Handle AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation                                                                   

✅ Payroll processing

✅ Collaborate on the month-end closing process

✅ Assist with the annual audit, including financial statement preparation

✅ Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and standards

✅ Experience in USA accounting and experience working with US clients will be a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

📌 3-5 years of professional accounting experience

📌 Proficiency in financial software and tools

📌 Strong skills in financial analysis, budget management, and financial reporting
