Junior Investment Banker, Analyst/Assoc

Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions across diverse industries.Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, and scenario planning.Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and marketing materials.Perform industry and company research to support transaction strategy.Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields preferred.
