Junior Project Manager - PMO & Analytics

Job Title: Junior Project Manager (PMO & Analytics)Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Manager to support our Project Management Office (PMO). This role combines traditional project coordination with modern analytics, visualization, and AI-driven insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-savvy, and capable of translating complex information into clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end project coordination across multiple initiatives Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, timelines, and risks Maintain and enforce PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau (or similar tools) to provide actionable insights Leverage analytics and AI tools to improve project tracking, forecasting, and decision-making Prepare high-quality presentations and executive summaries for leadership reviews Monitor project KPIs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field 1– 5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or similar roles Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile/Waterfall basics) Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Familiarity with analytics and basic data interpretation Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms is a strong plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong PowerPoint / presentation skills with attention to storytelling Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred QualificationsCertification in Project Management (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent – optional for junior level) Experience working in a PMO environment Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data tools (nice to have) Experience with project tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
