This isn’t just a “post and forget” job.
You’ll be part client whisperer, part trend hunter, part idea machine.
One minute you’re decoding a brief, the next you’re pitching a reel idea, and then chasing a client for approval that was “urgent yesterday.”
If you enjoy the chaos of social media and still manage to keep things on track — you’ll fit right in.
- Sit on client calls and actually understand what they want (and what they don’t know they want yet)
- Turn briefs into scroll-stopping ideas (not just “Happy Monday” posts)
- Help build content calendars that people might actually save
- Stay glued to trends — and know which ones are worth jumping on
- Work with designers, writers, and performance folks to bring ideas to life
- Keep timelines in check (yes, even when things get messy)
- Track what’s working, what’s not, and why
- Spend an unhealthy amount of time on Instagram/Reels/LinkedIn (for “research”)
- Know the difference between content that exists and content that performs
- Can write a decent caption without sounding like a bot
- Are organized enough to manage chaos without adding to it
- Speak up, take initiative, and don’t wait for hand-holding
- Are a fresher (internships, side projects, meme pages = all count)
- You’ve run a page, built something online, or gone mildly viral
- You instinctively know what makes people stop scrolling
- You think in ideas, not formats
- Your ideas won’t die in a deck
- You’ll work on real brands, not dummy assignments
- You’ll learn fast — because you’ll have to
Salary Range
Up to Rs. 3L CTC (Non-negotiable)
