Kyriba Consultant

We are hiring a Kyriba Functional Consultant to support treasury transformation projects by working closely with the Solution Architect / SME.

The role focuses on requirement gathering, functional translation, system configuration, and testing, ensuring smooth implementation of Kyriba solutions aligned with business needs.

🧠 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Conduct detailed discussions with Treasury and Finance teams
• Document current-state processes (cash, payments, liquidity, forecasting)
• Prepare BRD / FRD with clear functional mapping

2️⃣ Support Solution Design (with SME)

• Work with SME / Solution Architect to translate business requirements into system design
• Break down high-level solution into detailed functional configurations
• Validate process flows and use cases with stakeholders

3️⃣ Kyriba Configuration

• Configure Kyriba modules including:
• Cash & Liquidity Management
• Payments & workflows
• Cash forecasting models
• Set up:
• Approval hierarchies
• Payment formats
• Business rules

4️⃣ Integration & Data Mapping Support

• Define data mapping between:
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
• Banks and Kyriba
• Work with technical teams on:
• File formats (ISO 20022, MT)
• Data validation and transformation

5️⃣ Testing & UAT

• Prepare test cases and scenarios
• Support System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate outputs against business expectations
• Track and resolve defects

6️⃣ Client Interaction & Training

• Act as functional point of contact for client users
• Conduct user training sessions
• Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization

🎯 Required SkillsMust-Have:

• 3–7 years experience in:
• Treasury / Cash Management / Payments
• Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking
• Treasury systems / ERP finance modules
• Strong understanding of:
• Cash positioning
• Cash forecasting
• Payments lifecycle
• Bank reconciliation
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Kyriba or other Treasury Management Systems
• (HighRadius, SAP Treasury, FIS, GTreasury, etc.)
• Knowledge of:
• SWIFT (MT/MX)
• ISO 20022 formats
• Bank connectivity models
• ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Tally)
