Hiring: Land Acquisition Manager (2 Roles) Locations: Bengaluru / Chennai Mumbai / Pune Experience: 5-10 yearsWe are looking to hire Land Acquisition Managers to drive land sourcing, evaluation, and deal closures for large-scale industrial and logistics developments across South and West India.This is a high-impact role for professionals with strong on-ground experience, broker networks, and deal execution capabilities.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for identifying and closing strategic land parcels, managing the entire lifecycle from sourcing to acquisition, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and close land acquisition opportunities for industrial/logistics developmentsBuild and manage a strong pipeline across key markets (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, etc.)Conduct feasibility studies, zoning checks, pricing analysis, and market benchmarkingLead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and aggregatorsStructure deals including outright purchase, lease, JV/JDA modelsManage legal, technical, and financial due diligence processesLiaise with legal advisors, consultants, and survey teamsBuild and maintain a strong broker and aggregator networkTrack market trends, infrastructure developments, and policy changesSupport internal teams with land cost analysis and project viabilityWhat We're Looking For5-10 years of experience in land acquisition / real estate developmentStrong track record in acquiring large land parcels (20-25+ acres preferred)Deep understanding of land records, zoning, and regulatory processesStrong broker/aggregator network in relevant marketsExperience in industrial, logistics, or large-format developments preferredKey SkillsStrong negotiation and deal-making abilityHigh ownership and execution-driven mindsetGood understanding of financials (IRR, ROI, deal structuring)Strong stakeholder and relationship management skillsWillingness to travel extensivelyWhy This Role?Opportunity to work on large-scale industrial & logistics developmentsHigh ownership with end-to-end deal exposureFast-growing platform with strong expansion plans in India
