Role Summary
Lead digital innovation and automation across Wealth Service operations, covering client onboarding, transaction processing, and servicing (QRC). The role will drive transformation through AI, bots, and automation tools with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and client experience.
Experience
14–15 years in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives across service operations
- Drive AI/RPA-led solutions (chatbots, workflow automation, etc.)
- Re-engineer processes with an automation-first mindset
- Deliver measurable impact (FTE savings, TAT reduction, error reduction)
- Build innovation pipeline and evaluate emerging technologies
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Drive adoption and change management across teams
Functional Skills
- Must understand processes in onboarding, transaction processing, and client servicing (QRC)
- Good understanding of Wealth products, equity markets, and global investment products
- Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI/ML use cases, and digital workflows
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Must have exposure in designing customer journeys, reducing friction, and increasing operational efficiency. Six Sigma Certified
- Should have ability to navigate in multi-matrixed organization setup.
- Project Management Skills, using GANT chart.
