Lead ERP Support Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

This one isn’t.
This is the person the business calls when purchasing stops flowing… inventory numbers don’t match reality… or the warehouse team says “the system is fighting us again.”
You’re not just fixing issues.
You’re owning the supply chain side of D365 and making it better.
iSphere’s client needs someone who truly understands how operations work on the ground — procurement, inventory, production, logistics — and knows how to make Dynamics actually support those workflows instead of slowing them down.
You’ll be the steady, trusted expert the business leans on. Troubleshooting the hard problems. Cleaning up configurations. Improving processes. Guiding enhancements. Mentoring others. Translating between operations and IT so both sides stay aligned.
If you like being the go-to person who solves real problems and keeps the business moving, this role has your name all over it.
You’ll lead Level 2 and 3 support, manage updates and deployments, work closely with stakeholders across departments, and help shape how the system evolves over time. If it touches Supply Chain in D365, you’re the owner.
What you must bring
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or similar ERP
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, production, warehouse, and logistics processes
• Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting experience
• Solid SQL and data skills
• Experience with Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps
• Able to work onsite in Houston
Nice to have
• Power Platform or Power BI
• Finance module exposure
• Integrations or API work
• Azure/cloud experience
• Microsoft certifications (MB-330, MB-310, etc.)
