- 10+ years of experience in backend development and enterprise application design with strong proficiency in Java (8, 11, 17) and deep understanding of JVM internals, clean code, and best practices
- Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture, exposing secure and scalable REST APIs
- Strong expertise in architecting microservices-based solutions with focus on loose coupling, fault tolerance, scalability, and high availability
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and performance tuning for high-throughput, low-latency systems
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and Kafka Streams, building event-driven architectures and real-time data processing pipelines
- Experience working with Docker for containerization and deploying applications on Kubernetes clusters (GKE, EKS), including configuration, scaling, monitoring, and operational best practices
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and Cassandra or other NoSQL databases
- Exposure to Big Data and streaming frameworks such as Spark API, Storm, and Flink
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins and Jules, along with proficiency in Git-based version control systems including Bitbucket and Git
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills applied to complex enterprise-scale systems
