Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Financials, OIC integrations, and Finance process automation. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT to build, support, and enhance solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud, with responsibility for integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and period-close support. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch support for associates experiencing problems.

Troubleshoot issues and work to identify a solution that fixes problems or allows associates to move forward. Monitor request, incident, and problem queues. Coordinate and collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot problems that span multiple teams and disciplines.

Support and enhance Oracle Financials Cloud including GL, AP, Cash Management, Projects and Fixed Assets, and SLA. Manage and optimize Oracle Expense processes and configurations. Support Oracle Finance Procurement Requisition flows and approval routing.

Assist Finance teams with period close, reconciliation, and resolving system blockers. Integration & Automation: Support and troubleshoot custom integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Update and change custom integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Support, troubleshoot, enhance automate solutions using EPM Automate scripting. Support GL batch importing and troubleshoot loading errors. Monitor integrations and troubleshoot errors; update alerting as needed Work with external/internal systems to ensure stable and secure data flows.

Reporting & Analytics: Develop OTBI analyses, subject areas, and dashboards (OTBI / Reports). Build and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) data models, templates, and scheduled jobs. Assist functional teams with ad-hoc reporting needs and performance improvements.

Operations, Support & Governance: Troubleshoot production issues across integrations, reports, periods, and financial modules. Follow and support ITIL incident/change/problem management processes. Handle Oracle Support Requests (SRs), escalation, documentation, and lifecycle tracking.

Provide clear line-of-business updates on system incidents, planned outages, and enhancements. Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams. Required Skills & Experience: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

EPM Automate Scripting. OTBI / Reports. BI Publisher (BIP).

Oracle Expense. VBCS. Custom Integration Design & Development.

Integration Error Monitoring & Troubleshooting. Oracle SR Management Process. Oracle Finance Procurement Requisition.

Oracle Period Close Activities. GL Batch Importing. ITIL Processes.

Strong SQL/PLSQL debugging and data reconciliation skills. Understanding of accounting concepts (journals, ledgers, subledgers, accruals, tax, etc.). Ability to analyze root causes and provide long-term remediation strategies.

Excellent communication skills working with Finance users and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials, OIC, Reporting). Experience with VBCS, Application Composer, or ADF.

Familiarity with enterprise close cycles, SOX controls, and audit support. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

Ensure timely response and resolution of incidents during on-call periods. Support two operational shifts aligned with India time zones: 06:0015:00 IST and 14:00 22:00 IST. Collaborate with global teams to maintain seamless coverage and handoffs across time zones.
