Job DescriptionLease all vacant retail units of assigned floors/ projects and manage entire Leasing business process from generating prospects to shop openingMeet prospects with good concepts to offer space (either alone or with superior)Stay up to date with current trend and market development (new relevant international and local retail and F&B concepts) and survey other developments or other establishments that are in trendMake weekly progress reports and presentations of assigned projects to be discussed with and present to Leasing Manager and GM

SpecificationsBachelor degree or higher in Business Management or other relevant studyFresh Graduate (overseas) or with 1 year work experience in sales/ commercial position
