Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant Company: NRI Staffing Location: Washington, DC Work Arrangement: Hybrid Salary Range: $86,500 – $108,000 Position Overview NRI Staffing’s client is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys within a highly regarded, international law firm known for its sophisticated practice areas and high-profile client base. This role is part of a collaborative team structure and requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable supporting multiple attorneys while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements Maintain attorneys’ Outlook calendars, including scheduling and managing competing priorities Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence, memos, and legal documents Manage and organize documents using iManage Work 10 Maintain attorney time entries using Intapp Time Assist with client billing, including managing matter codes and related documentation Process files through the Records Management System Submit timesheets and coordinate approvals Qualifications Prior administrative or secretarial experience required; law firm experience is required Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced setting preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in iManage Work 10, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Intapp Time, Intapp OPEN, and Chrome River required NRI is an equal opportunity employer.
