Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join a well-established financial services group. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a full legal function across the group and its affiliated companies. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including tech agreements aligned with regulatory requirements Manage legal documentation and maintain precedent agreements Provide GDPR and data protection guidance Handle disputes and liaise with external counsel Deliver internal legal training and support company secretarial duties Requirements: England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE Strong contract and tort law knowledge; insurance or financial services experience preferred Commercially aware with excellent negotiation and communication skills Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative legal team in a respected financial services company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
