LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse-LTC-Local Traveler

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, serving local communities with limited access to healthcare. This position will focus on promoting holistic health and well-being in underserved areas, requiring local travel to various sites. The ideal candidate will be a caring professional who believes in facilitating wellness through patient-centered care and community engagement.

Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse with attention to patient comfort and education. Travel locally to administer medications and treatments to patients at various long-term care facilities. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate health records.

Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and wellness promotion. Participate in community outreach programs to advocate wellness and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes.
