Maintenance Lead

We’re Hiring | Maintenance Lead – KFC | PAN India

At Devyani International Limited (DIL), we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Maintenance Lead to drive operational excellence across our KFC stores PAN India.

If you have strong multi-unit retail/QSR maintenance experience and a passion for reliability, cost optimization, and ESG impact, this role is for you!

Key Focus Areas:

• Drive equipment uptime & reliability across all KFC stores
• Ensure strong Preventive Maintenance compliance
• Optimize maintenance costs, spare parts, and vendor management
• Lead energy efficiency & ESG initiatives (energy, water, GHG reduction)
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Brand COO, Regional teams & Franchise partners

Ideal Candidate:

• 10–12 years of QSR/Retail/Food Service operations experience
• Proven track record in managing multi-location maintenance operations
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
• MBA (Operations/Retail preferred)

Location: Gurgaon (Responsible for PAN India operations)
