University of Miami - - Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair of building equipment and systems.; Inspect and repair equipment and complete scheduled maintenance.; Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; order necessary parts.; Repair and maintain building surfaces, hardware, furniture, fixtures, and related components.; Respond to trouble reports and coordinate with maintenance personnel as needed.
