Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Varsity Brands - 5349 West 76th Street - Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and conduct inspections on manufacturing equipment, conveyor systems, and machinery; Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability; Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance; Lead the troubleshooting efforts for equipment and system malfunctions, employing advanced diagnostic techniques; Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems
