Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Compliance (CS & Legal) to manage regulatory, secretarial, and legal compliance. The role involves ensuring adherence to RBI, SEBI, and AMFI regulations while supporting internal governance, audits, and regulatory interactions.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including RBI, SEBI, and AMFI guidelinesManage regulatory filings, documentation, and reporting obligationsHandle registrations, licenses, and approvals with relevant authoritiesOversee secretarial compliance including statutory filings and board documentationMaintain compliance records and ensure adherence to fintech and financial regulationsLiaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholdersMonitor regulatory updates and assess business impactDevelop and implement internal compliance policies and frameworksSupport audits, inspections, and compliance reviews

Role Requirements:Qualified Company Secretary (CS) & LLBStrong background in Compliance, Legal, or Company Secretarial functionsExperience in fintech, NBFC, wealth-tech, or financial servicesStrong understanding of RBI, SEBI, and AMFI regulatory frameworksRIA (Registered Investment Adviser) license is a plusExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and regulatory awareness
