Job Description
Headway Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd is looking for a dynamic finance professional who understands the nuances of Indian compliance and has hands-on experience supporting recruitment agencies working with SIs, Implementation Partners, and software clients.
π Location: Hyderabad
π Work Mode: Work from Office
π Working Days: 5 Days (Monday β Friday)
β° Work Timings: 9:30 AM β 6:30 PM (flexibility may be required based on business needs)
Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
πΉ Handle client coordination for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
πΉ Raise and manage invoices aligned with client agreements and billing cycles
πΉ Work closely with recruitment teams to track and validate consultant timesheets
πΉ Ensure accurate payroll processing for consultants and internal employees
πΉ Manage statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax
πΉ Oversee monthly closures, financial reporting, and audit readiness
πΉ Track revenue, margins, and profitability across clients and projects
πΉ Ensure compliance with contracts related to SIs, Implementation Partners, and direct clients
πΉ Identify and implement process improvements in finance operations

πΉ Strong experience in finance operations within the recruitment / IT staffing industry
πΉ Hands-on experience with client billing, contractor payroll, and compliance
πΉ Solid understanding of SI / Implementation Partner billing models
πΉ Detail-oriented, highly organised, and compliance-driven
πΉ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
πΉ Strong communication skills for client and internal stakeholder management
