The role is designed as a central, stable position within the organisation, working closely with the leadership and providing continuity across teams, engagements, and client relationships.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining technical excellence, process discipline, and knowledge continuity, while supporting and guiding junior team members and interns.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

\-/ 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

- Preparation, review, and finalisation of books of accounts

- Financial statements, MIS, and periodic reporting

- Oversight of accounting processes and internal controls

\-/ 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞

- Direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST

- Coordination for income tax returns, GST filings, and statutory timelines

- Handling assessments, reconciliations, and compliance documentation

- Participation in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and certifications

- Preparation and review of working papers, audit documentation, and responses

- Client coordination and engagement management support

=> CA / CMA (Inter or equivalent stage)

=> Commerce Graduate or Post-Graduate with strong accounting foundation

E̳x̳p̳e̳r̳i̳e̳n̳c̳e̳

=> 3–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and audit

=> Prior experience in a CA firm or professional services environment preferred
