Manufacturing Operation Controller

About the role The Manufacturing Operation Controller plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment with production goals. This position requires strong analytical to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making within the manufacturing environment.

As Manufacturing Operation Controller, you need to:Monitor, retrieve, and analyze data related to operational activities in the factory to increase production efficiencyAnalyze the highest machine downtime which is used as a reference in machine repairs to reduce downtime figuresMonitor the availability and quality of raw materials, machine condition and man power to achieve production targetsMonitor and analyze maintenance and repair of machines in the factory to minimize rejects during productionMonitor and analyze the number of man power with production targets and the condition of production machines to measure the accuracy of man powerCollect data, monitor and analyze improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and productivity

Qualifications that need to this position:Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00Having minimum 1 year experience as a Manufacturing Operational ControllerHaving leadership skill, strong interpersonal skill, and agilityKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniquesWilling to be placed at Surabaya, East Java
