A successful Plant Finance Head should have:
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Professional certification such as CA or CMA is mandatory.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Experience with cost management and process optimization in manufacturing or industrial setups.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
