Job Description

ResponsibilitiesLead the marketing team across digital, PR, design, social media and events.Develop and execute branding strategies to strengthen property positioning and awareness.Ensure consistent brand standards across all channels and manage partnerships or collaborations.Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive occupancy, revenue, and market share.Optimize campaigns using SEO, SEM, paid ads, and analytics tools.Manage digital platforms (website, social media) to enhance visibility and engagement.Oversee creation of engaging, brand-aligned content across all platforms.Analyze performance results and provide strategic reports with actionable recommendations.

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in hospitality. Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Fluent in English (both verbal or writtern), as the position will report to expatriate GMAble to Work On-Site in Slipi, West Jakarta
