Job Description
This role supports marketing initiatives across multiple senior living campuses and service lines, with a strong focus on sales support, event coordination, digital marketing execution, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Occupancy Support Manage incoming marketing requests from campus teams Coordinate and track collateral needs (brochures, rack cards, signage, event materials) Support sales campaigns and follow-up initiatives Assist with CRM-related marketing workflows and campaign tracking Monitor lead flow and assist with reporting as directed Digital Marketing Execution Draft and schedule social media content across multiple campus pages Assist with website updates and content revisions Coordinate email campaigns (internal and external) Support online reputation monitoring (Google reviews, Indeed, etc.) Assist with digital ad coordination (Meta, Google, geofencing as needed) Event & Community Support Coordinate marketing materials for campus events Assist with event promotion and follow-up communications Track RSVP lists and promotional timelines Brand & Internal Communications Ensure consistency in messaging across all materials Assist with internal communications posts (The Current) Support photography coordination and asset organization Maintain marketing calendars and shared project trackers through Trello Qualifications 2–4 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) Strong writing and editing skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with social media scheduling platforms preferred Experience with CRM systems preferred (Yardi experience a plus) Familiarity with senior living or healthcare marketing a plus Ideal Candidate Traits Self-starter who takes initiative Calm under pressure Strong communicator Solutions-oriented Data-aware and comfortable with performance metrics Able to work both independently and collaboratively across campuses $32.00-$40.00 per hour indccm Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
