Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our event marketing, podcast initiatives, and social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building buzz, managing end-to-end execution, and growing a brand through creative content and community-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events (online and offline), including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-ups
• Conceptualize, launch, and manage podcasts-from ideation and guest coordination to promotion and performance tracking
• Own and grow our social media presence across platforms through content planning, publishing, and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Track performance metrics for events, podcasts, and social media campaigns and share actionable insights
• Tracking and owning Marketing budgets for the year and reviewing efficacy of spends across activations.
• Own all marketing collaterals including brochures, videos, manuals and articles and journals across all product verticals and channels for BBBS.

What we are Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, events, or content-led growth roles
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Experience with social media marketing and content calendars
• Comfortable working with podcasts, creators, or audio/video content

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling communities or managing brand-led events
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media schedulers
• Prior experience in the defence sector is a plus but not mandatory
