About the role: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and event channels. The role demands a creative, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the motorcycle lifestyle and can help elevate brand awareness, drive sales, and engage with our growing rider community.

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.
• Manage social media channels and assist in digital advertising efforts.
• Work with the central marketing team for creative content and design development.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop retail marketing initiatives.
• Organize and support motorcycle events, rides, and trade shows.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and report results.
• Assist in building relationships with influencers and media outlets.
• Support development of dealer marketing kits and promotional tools.
• Develop brand awareness and visibility campaigns at retail channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing; automotive/lifestyle sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g. Canva).
• Proficiency in social media, digital ads is a plus.
• This role is predominantly BTL/offline-focused, requiring hands-on experience in marketing planning, events, activations, and promotions.
• Good understanding of brand positioning and marketing funnels.
• Passion for motorcycling and understanding of motorcycle accessories is a strong plus.
