The Role We are hiring our first Marketing Manager. You will own demand gen, brand, content strategy, and campaign execution. You will work directly with the founders, turn market insights into pipeline, and build the marketing engine that fuels Leadbeam's next phase of growth.
What You Will Do Own demand gen campaigns across paid, organic, email, and events to drive qualified pipeline Build and refine Leadbeam's messaging, positioning, and competitive narratives for field sales buyers (VP Sales, CROs, RevOps) Plan and manage Leadbeam's presence at industry conferences and trade shows Create high-performing content: case studies, one-pagers, landing pages, email sequences, and sales enablement assets Partner with Sales on ABM plays, outbound sequences, and target account strategies Track pipeline contribution, CAC, campaign ROI, and lead-to-close conversion Experiment constantly. Test new channels, formats, and messages. Kill what doesn't work.
Double down on what does. Who You Are 2 to 6 years in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of driving pipeline, not just impressions Strong writer who can translate technical product value into clear messaging for sales leaders Experienced running multi-channel campaigns and measuring results Comfortable building structure where none exists AI native. You use AI tools daily to move faster.
