We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and help build a strong brand presence in the real estate space.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, conceptualize, and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Oversee and manage SEO and performance marketing activities to drive qualified leads
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication
• Ideate and supervise content for social media, digital ads, and marketing materials
• Possess basic graphic designing skills to assist in creative direction and quick design needs
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results
• Visit project sites for marketing shoots, content creation, and campaign execution when required
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing (real estate experience is a plus)
• Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Strong creative thinking and campaign planning skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Comfortable travelling to project sites for shoots and marketing activities
