Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role as a Marketing Manager based in Mumbai, with flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Quantum Global's services. Responsibilities include market research, brand promotion, digital marketing strategy, content creation, and performance analysis to optimise campaigns and align with business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners will be crucial for achieving impactful results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across channels

• Manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and website [all socials]

• Work closely with the founder to build a strong company brand

• Plan and execute campaigns, webinars, and partnerships

• Track performance, optimise campaigns, and drive quality leads

• Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and external partners

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing (B2B or services preferred)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy

• Someone who takes initiative and can work independently

• Clear communicator with good storytelling instincts

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, growing environment

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in immigration, finance, or investment-led businesses

• Built or scaled a founder-led brand before
