Marketing Executive (Digital & Influencer Marketing)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on marketing professional who understands digital media, influencer marketing, and storytelling. The ideal candidate knows how to turn content ideas into performance campaigns — whether it’s Meta ads, influencer collaborations, or creative video shoots.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Ads
  • Plan and execute Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for best ROI.
  • Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Sheets dashboards.
  • Ideate ad visuals and copy in coordination with the design and content teams.
2. Influencer Marketing & Outreach
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and micro-creators.
  • Handle negotiations, barter deals, and paid collaborations.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
  • Track performance of influencer posts and manage reporting.
3. Content & Production
  • Work with the in-house creative team to ideate reels, videos, and campaign content.
  • Have basic knowledge of camera gear, lighting, and shoot setups to support content production.
  • Help organize shoots for product ads, testimonials, or behind-the-scenes clips.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers to maintain Rentkar’s brand tone.
4. Brand Campaigns & Partnerships
  • Assist in planning campaign calendars, festive promotions, and product launch videos.
  • Coordinate with partner brands and agencies for cross-promotion campaigns.
  • Explore offline and on-ground activation ideas (pop-ups, college fests, gaming events).
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital/influencer marketing or brand content.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and ad platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of cameras, gadgets, and content creation.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup where ideas move quickly.
Good to Have
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Notion, Google Sheets.
  • Prior work in tech, D2C, or content-driven brands.
  • A creative mind with a passion for digital storytelling and gadgets.
