Marketing Manager (rx & Hospital) Specialty Care | Multinacional Pharma
LCI Humans
Job Description
We are managing a selection process for a top-tier European Multinational with a dominant presence in the Health sector. We are looking for a strategic Marketing leader to head the Specialty Care business unit, focusing on high-complexity therapeutic solutions and the hospital environment. This is a role for professionals seeking scientific rigor, global strategic vision, and the stability of a world-class corporation.
You will lead the marketing strategy for Hospital-Use (UH) and Hospital-Prescription (DH) products. This is a high-impact role with dual accountability: business growth and comprehensive people management.
- Specialty Care Strategy (Rx & UH): You will design and execute Marketing Plans exclusively targeting the medical and hospital channel . Your focus is the specialist physician, navigating high-science environments and hospital access protocols. (Note: This role does not cover the Pharmacy/OTC/Consumer channel).
- Direct Line Management (Real People Management): You will lead a team of Product Managers with full hierarchical responsibility . This includes direct accountability for the employee lifecycle: from goal setting and performance reviews to salary negotiations, incentive plans, and holiday approvals . We are looking for a true people manager, not a cross-functional project coordinator.
- Stakeholder Management & Global Influence: You will act as the bridge between the local market and the European/Global structures. You must possess the professional \"gravitas\" and political acumen to influence international stakeholders, defend local market needs, and adapt global strategies effectively.
- Hospital Marketing Expertise: A proven track record in Marketing within the Rx/UH sector. You must speak the \"hospital language\" and understand the complexities of specialist prescription and hospital access.
- People Management (2+ Years Minimum): Demonstrable experience leading direct reports with full administrative and salary responsibility . Candidates whose leadership experience is limited to transversal, functional, or project-based management will not be considered.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in English (C1/C2) for daily interaction with Global Headquarters and other international markets.
- Business Acumen: Ability to manage the Unit’s P&L with an analytical mindset and a long-term results orientation.
- Integration into a multinational structure with a \"school culture\" and high ethical standards.
- A clear career path with genuine opportunities for international mobility.
- Competitive compensation package (Base + Variable + Company Car + Executive Benefits).
