Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Leeds The Opportunity - Marketing Manager An established, technology-driven business operating in the payments and e-commerce space is looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function and build it from the ground up. This is not just an execution role. You’ll act as the central driver of marketing delivery across the business - product managing activity across multiple departments and external agencies to ensure projects land on time and generate real commercial impact.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape the marketing direction, with external specialist support available for areas such as SEO and web development. What You’ll Be Doing - Marketing Manager Taking full ownership of the company’s marketing plan and budget Driving brand recognition and spearheading lead generation initiatives Managing relationships and performance of third-party marketing agencies Holding internal teams and external partners accountable for delivery Leading website redesign and update projects across multiple business entities Managing website content updates and blog creation Implementing and overseeing the social media strategy (content planning, creation, scheduling) Managing branding across all company materials (internal & external) Tracking marketing performance and reporting on brand and lead generation effectiveness Supporting new product launches and promotional campaigns What We’re Looking For - Marketing Manager At least 2+ years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role Strong B2B marketing background Experience running or owning a marketing function / department Proven ability to manage agencies and prioritise delivery Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating multiple stakeholders Strong project management and analytical skills Commercially minded with a focus on growth and results Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to build something rather than just maintain it Note: Payments or financial services experience is not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
