*Requirements:*
* MD or DO degree
* Completion of an
ACGME-accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency program
* Completion of an
ACGME-accredited Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship program
* Board-certified or
board-eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
