MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Location: Provo, UT

Reports to: Mechanical Engineering Manager

Compensation: $90 - $110K

Your Role:

Our Mechanical Engineers thrive on variety and enjoy taking products from concept through production and real-world implementation. This role supports both new product development and enhancements to existing product lines, combining technical design work with hands-on problem solving. You'll work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, operations, and external partners to develop practical, manufacturable solutions that perform in demanding environments.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop new products and enhancements through a structured NPD process
• Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation
• Perform engineering analysis including calculations, tolerance stack-ups, fatigue and stress
• evaluation
• Develop and perform lab, factory, and field testing; analyze and provide recommendations
• Support fabrication processes including sheet metal, welding, bending, and surface treatments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects from concept through production and
• installation
• Contribute to risk assessments, cost evaluations, and continuous product improvements
• Support occasional on-site installations and commissioning (3–5 trips annually)

What You'll Bring:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in product design (industrial and/or consumer products)
• Strong 3D CAD modeling experience (Creo preferred; flexible on platform)
• Experience with sheet metal design, fabrication, and welding processes
• Solid understanding of static and dynamic systems, materials, and mechanical analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
