Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer with strong hands-on experience in Flutter and React Native — both are mandatory. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of native Android and/or iOS development, and be capable of delivering cross-platform apps with clean, maintainable code. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to build intuitive and high-performing mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using both Flutter and React Native.
• Design and build features for Android and iOS platforms, leveraging native capabilities where needed.
• Build reusable components and shared libraries across frameworks for scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across frameworks.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in both Flutter and React Native codebases.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices for each framework.
• Recommend the right cross-platform approach based on project needs and constraints.
• Stay current with the evolving mobile ecosystem across Flutter, React Native, Android, and iOS.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart — mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript — mandatory.
• Familiarity with the React Native ecosystem: Expo, React Navigation, Redux/Zustand, and React Query.
• Working knowledge of Java/Kotlin (Android) and/or Swift/Objective-C (iOS).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of app store deployment for Android and iOS.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Comfortable working in an agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or third-party SDKs in Flutter and/or React Native projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks — Detox (React Native) or Flutter Integration Tests.
• Knowledge of native module bridging in React Native for platform-specific features.
• Prior experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail.
